His cooking expertise has allowed him to collect a plethora of prestigious awards: in 2007 he was restaurant chef of the year and his restaurant was inserted among the top ten in Hungary according to the Dining Guide. This year Gault et Millau have honoured András with the title of Chef of the year, assigning 16 points and two hats to the Salon Restaurant. Wolf proposes typical Hungarian cuisine revisited in a modern key, which finds the height of its expression in the motto "essential Hungarian cuisine".
