Pavel Vacek, the Executive Chef took over the kitchen operations in the luxury Carlo IV Prague hotel in December 2015.
He is in charge of the innovative dining in Lobby Café, Inn Ox Lounge & Bar, Vault Bar and catering for all events organised in the hotel as well as outside catering.
Pavel Vacek brings a wealth of experience to Carlo IV Prague from the five star Hotel Art Noveau Palace where he held the position of Executive Chef.
He held the role of Executive Sous Chef at Alcron Praha restaurant, a regular recipient of Michelin star since 2012.
